We did not want Malston Mill Farm just to be about comfortable accommodation so we offer an impressive range of leisure facilities both inside and out, rated excellent with the Visit Britain Tourist Board, and you only share them with a maximum of 21 guests, including yourselves.

Indoor Facilities Include:
A magnificent indoor swimming pool awaits you after a long drive. Approximately 30 ft x 17 ft the indoor pool has a gothic timbered ceiling, elaborate, detailed brickwork and an inglenook fire place with an upper gallery feature.
The indoor pool is heated and for the exclusive use of resident guests and open from 8 a.m. until 7.30 p.m. It is available on a cottage at a time basis, no booking system, just check it is available and enjoy the privacy of a swim; You can also work out in the exercise room or relax in the infra red sauna.
The games area situated in a exceptionally designed building with a wild west feel about it, with heavy balustrade and timber clad walls is host to a galleried games area with skittles, table tennis, darts, air hockey, table football.
There is a soft play area for the under 5s which is fenced off, with a gate, from the main games area.
A snooker/pool room with its western saloon theme, complete with veranda and rocking chairs, here you can borrow books from the library or have fun with the Board games. A centre feature with herringbone brickwork and giant chess pieces completes the scene.
The Outdoor Facilities Include:
The beautiful landscaped gardens in parkland setting will take your breath away, it does mine in fact I think the more the gardens mature the better they are. Also they are a host to wild life.

Coarse Fishing..
Our one-acre lake is stocked with specimen carp (28lb), roach (2 1/2lb rudd and brown trout. Fishing is free of charge, with a maximum of two rods per person.
3 and 4 day short fishing breaks are available at most times of the year, except school holiday period. Our availability calendar shows start dates Friday and Monday when breaks are available.
A wide range of other fishing options, including sea angling, is available in the area.

Outdoor Swimming Pool
The heated outdoor pool (approx. 50ft x 25ft) is open throughout the summer months only(end of May to end of September – weather permitting) and features balustraded walling giving a Mediterranean feel. An attractive summerhouse and covered barbecue area are adjacent to the pool.
Tennis
The en-tou-cas all-weather court is available for use free of charge. Tennis rackets and balls are available.
Outdoor play area with swings, rope swing, slide, climbing frame and lookout tower.
Tree House with climbing wall and zip wire great fun for the children of the family creates exhilarating memories zipping through the trees and crossing over the stream. (adults supervision required). Fantastic fun.

There is something for all the family what ever your age.
We hope to welcome you in the autumn as well as spring and summer, when you can enjoy a romantic break in our cosy cottages with their log fires, curl up with a book and a mug of coffee after a days walking, shopping, fishing or just enjoying the exclusive leisure facilities. The cottages are available from mid-March through to the end of October, Christmas and New Year.
Where can you get a lakeside setting with no traffic noise, very often the only sound is birds in song and the brook tripping over the stones as it flows towards the estuary. So peaceful.
