Terms & Conditions

Deposit:

A non-refundable deposit of 20% is payable on booking. The balance is due four weeks before arrival. We will send a reminder. Cheques should be made payable for Malston Mill Farm.

Occupancy:

We do not allow over occupancy. Property description shows how many guests a cottage can sleep.

Leisure facilities & Visitors:

Should you have family/friends staying in the area, you are welcome to entertain them in your cottage. We would like to be advised of such visits. The leisure facilities, however, are exclusively for guests staying at Malston Mill Farm. Visting guests are not allowed to use any of the leisure facilities.

Security Deposit:

A refundable security deposit of £100 is payable by a separate cheque with balance of monies. This cheque is not cashed, unless breakage or damage to property occur, it is destroyed once Cottages have been checked. Also excess cleaning charges may apply if the accommodation is not left in good order.

Cots & High Chairs:

These are available on request. Cot bedding is not provided. Also stair gates are available.

Supervision: All children are the responsibility of the parents and must be supervised at all times, especially when using the pools, jacuzzi.

Indoor swimming pool available March to mid November. All other leisure facilities are available all year. (they include fishing, tennis, sauna, outdoor jacuzzi, exercise room, snooker/pool, games area with darts, skittles, table tennis, air hockey and soft play area, outdoor play area, giant chess, landscaped gardens in a stunning location.

Outdoor swimming pool end of May to end of September (weather permitting)

Electricity:

We have 2 tariffs for electricity.

Tariff A. 9th April to 28th October 2011 and 30th March to 25th October 2012 Electricity All inclusive.

Tariff B. 29th October 2011 to 29th March 2012 and 26th October 2012 to March 2013 Night storage heaters and hot water included. You only pay, by meter, for all other electricity that you use, including immersion booster. Electricity costs can vary according to climate and individual needs. We hope you appreciate only paying for what you use.

Snooker lights, sauna and Air Hockey are coin operated

Log Fires:

Are available at Riverside, Dairy and Waterfall Cottages. There are also Log burners in Lakeside and Mill Cottages. First basket of logs included further supplied at a nominal charge.

Pets: Regrettably are not accepted

Holiday Insurance -IMPORTANT NOTICE:

In the unfortunate event of you having to cancel your holiday (for whatever reason) we would expect your own holiday insurance to cover any losses and our rental to be paid in full.
