Terms & Conditions

Deposit:

A non-refundable deposit of 20% is payable on booking. The balance is due four weeks before arrival. We will send a reminder. Cheques should be made payable for Malston Mill Farm.

Occupancy:

We do not allow over occupancy. Property description shows how many a cottage can sleep.

Security Deposit:

A refundable security deposit of £75 is payable by a separate cheque with balance of monies. This cheque is not cashed unless breakage or damage to property occur. Also excess cleaning charges may apply if the accommodation is not left in good order. It is destroyed once Cottages have been checked.

Cots & High Chairs:

These are available on request. Cot bedding is not provided. Also stair gates are available.

Supervision: All children are the responsibility of the parents and must be supervised at all times, especially when using the pools, jacuzzi.

Electricity:

We have 2 tariffs for electricity.

Tariff A. 4th April to 29tht October 2010, Christmas and New Year, 9th April to 28th October 2011. Electricity All inclusive.

Tariff B. 30th October to 20th December 2010. 4th January to 8th April 2011 & 29th October to 20 December 2011 Night storage heaters and hot water included. You only pay, by meter, for all other electricity that you use, including immersion booster. Electricity costs can vary according to climate and individual needs. We hope you appreciate only paying for what you use.

Snooker lights, sauna and Air Hockey are coin operated

Log Fires:

Are available at Riverside, Dairy and Waterfall Cottages. There are also Log burners in Lakeside and Mill Cottages. First basket of logs included further supplied at a nominal charge.

Pets

Regrettably are not accepted

 

Holiday Insurance -IMPORTANT NOTICE:

In the unfortunate event of you having to cancel your holiday (for whatever reason) we would expect your own holiday insurance to cover any losses and our rental to be paid in full.
